An easy to follow ~ Healing Diet that will have you feeling great!

My Angel, Clara at Trillium Lake, Mt. Hood
I grew up mostly in the Northwest, in the mountains. I spent alot of my time as a kid fishing, hiking, and going along on hunting trips. An appreciation for the outdoors, and living off the land blossomed in me. I paid attention to how foods, the outdoors, and exercise affected me throughout my life and I made a note to follow it. It hasn't always been easy, depending on the company I keep;) I have found that if I stick to the following regimen as closely as possible, I will have more energy, feel healthier, & maintain mental clarity.
