Developing a sitting meditation practice can be challenging. Your body may have built up tension, you may have a difficult time connecting with the breath, or you can't get your mind to be still. There are numerous items one struggles with during meditation. That's why I find it essential to start the day with a few simple yoga poses to increase my focus, flexibility, & Prana (life-force energy).

Meditation on the Crown Chakra

Opening Yourself up to Divine Love...
Choose a brightly lit, or sunny location. Sit in a crossed leg meditative position. I prefer sitting outside to do this meditation and connecting to the life force energy of mother nature.
